The Land Decision Brief is a preliminary intelligence product based on public data, available parcel information, and professional interpretation.

It is not:

- a boundary survey
- a legal opinion
- an engineering report
- a wetland delineation
- a permitting determination
- an appraisal
- a Phase I environmental site assessment
- a guarantee of parcel suitability

Further verification, formal due diligence, local authority review, or licensed professional review may still be required.

Mississippi River Corridor Intelligence is a live, source-aware Upper Mississippi view. It is proof of capability and a public intelligence surface. It is not an official warning system, flood forecast model, emergency alert service, regulatory authority, or ongoing client service for river-condition tracking.
